Delete Files

bulk-action

  1. Go to the Vault icon in the top left panel.
  2. Click the My files section on the left panel.
  3. Select the file(s) you want to delete.
  4. Click the Open Full Menu button in the top center panel.
  5. Select Move to trash.
tip

To delete a file, you can also right-click on it and select the Move to Trash option from the context menu.

Delete Directories

bulk-action

  1. Go to the Vault icon in the top left panel.
  2. Click the My files section on the left panel.
  3. Select the directory(ies) you want to delete.
  4. Click the Open Full Menu button in the top center panel.
  5. Select Move to trash.

View Deleted Files and Directories

  1. Go to the Vault icon in the top left panel.
  2. Click the Trash section on the left panel.
  3. View all deleted files and directories.

Restore Deleted Files and Directories

bulk-action

  1. Go to the Vault icon in the top left panel.
  2. Click the Trash section on the left panel.
  3. Select the file(s) or directory(ies) you want to restore.
  4. Click the Open Full Menu button in the top center panel.
  5. Click Restore to my files.

The restored file will return to the vault and not to the directory from which it was deleted.

Permanently Delete Files and Directories

bulk-action

  1. Go to the Vault icon in the top left panel.
  2. Click the Trash section on the left panel.
  3. Select the file(s) or directory(ies) you want to delete permanently.
  4. Click the Open Full Menu button in the top center panel.
  5. Click Delete.
  6. In the prompt, click Delete.

Permanently deleted files and directories are completely removed from the system and cannot be recovered under any circumstances. If the files and directories are shared with other users, the users will lose access to them. Make sure to contact your admin before permanently deleting any file or directory.

Deleting these file(s) will permanently remove them from the system and erase all associated data. Shared files will no longer be accessile to others. This action cannot be undone. If unsure, contact your system administrator before proceeding.
Ask Your Admin Then Click `Delete Items`
Contact your system administrator then once you are confirmed to permanently delete the files/directories click Delete items button.

Permanently Empty Trash

bulk-action

  1. Go to the Vault icon in the top left panel.
  2. Click the Trash section on the left panel.
  3. Click Empty Trash button in the top center panel.
  4. In the prompt, click Permanently delete files.

Click Undo on the taskbar box in the bottom right to cancel the action.

Ask Your Admin Then Click `Permanently Delete files`
Contact your system administrator then once you are confirmed to permanently delete the files/directories click Permanently delete files button.
Undo Empty Trash Action by Accident
Emptying trash (25 seconds timer).
Click `Undo` in the Bottom Right Task Tray
If you permanently emptied your trash by accident, click the Undo button next to the timer in bottom right task tray.
